The "Mean Girls" actress - who is more famous for her turbulent personal life rather than her career - always needs to have a project on the go otherwise she gets frustrated.
She said: 'It's not that hard to be me, but I do work harder than most of my friends' parents. I am the hardest-working person I know. I'm a workaholic. I don't know what to do when I'm not working. I get creatively frustrated."

Hollywood actress LINDSAY LOHAN celebrated her 23rd birthday with an all day party in Las Vegas on Saturday (27Jun09).
The Mean Girls star, who doesn't turn 23 until Tuesday (02Jul09), hosted a bash at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Resort Hotel & Casino in the heart of Sin City.
The festivities began in the afternoon by the pool and saw Lohan go through five outfit changes before she hit the dance floor in the evening, cavorting to a Michael Jackson-themed DJ set at the popular club.
Lohan was pictured feasting on chocolate cake and partying with pals including socialite/actress Brittny Gastineau.

Singer Justin Timberlake reportedly dissed Lindsay Lohan when the latter tried to dance with him, while partying at hot spot Avenue one recent night.
A source has revealed that Timberlake was "pretty drunk" at the time.
"Usually Justin is pretty in control, but he was acting pretty crazy," the New York Post quoted the source as saying.
"He was drinking tequila all night. At one point, he cleared out a little space and started break dancing. He was bumping into people and spilling drinks. It was hilarious," the source added. ... Read More ...

LOHAN FOUND UGLY BETTY HARD WORK

LINDSAY LOHAN discovered the meaning of hard work when she filmed her cameo role in U.S. TV series UGLY BETTY, according to her co-star VANESSA WILLIAMS.
The Mean Girls actress appeared in four episodes of the comedy series last year (08) as Betty's former childhood enemy Kimmie Keegan.
Lohan was reportedly shocked at how hard the cast members have to work to produce each installment, compared to the laid-back pace of movie sets.
And Williams believes the experience taught the film star a valuable lesson.
She says, "It takes 10 days to do one episode of Ugly Betty and we work gruelling, gruelling hours because we've got a lot of production, which you can tell. You watch for an hour and you see the production on stage, you see how intricate our episodes are.
"You know, we don't have the luxury that the film world has, or the time. She (Lohan) was on for three, I guess three episodes or so, and she got a taste of what it's like to be on our set."

Lindsay Lohan Shows Off Topless Picture on Twitter

Lindsay Lohan showed off a little extra skin on Twitter.
On Monday, the actress, 22, posted a topless photo taken from a January Fornarina shoot. (She's the summer 2009 spokeswoman for the Italian clothing label). In the pic, her long, blonde hair covers her chest as she vamps for her BlackBerry camera.
"OLD PHOTOS," she wrote. "I'm THAT bored."
Lohan was clearly seeking attention: she tagged gossip blogger Perez Hilton and E! movie critic Ben Lyons in the caption.
It's her second stunt this month.
On June 8, she sported what appeared to be a diamond engagement ring while traveling with ex Samantha Ronson -- and teased on Twitter: "Great news to share!!"
