Lindsay Lohan thinks her dad is "nuts" and should be in rehab.
The 'Mean Girls' actress has blasted Michael Lohan's claims that she needs to seek help for alleged problems with substance abuse, insisting he only speaks out about her because he is desperate for attention.
She said: "I'm not really speaking to him. Him saying those things is the last thing that's going to get me to speak to him and I've told him that.

Judge extends probation for Lindsay Lohan

A judge on Friday extended Lindsay Lohan’s probation on drunk driving and other criminal charges for one more year, telling the struggling actress to get serious about her alcohol education program. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lohan to appear in her courtroom after receiving a report from probation officials that the ‘‘Mean Girls’’ star failed to attend alcohol education sessions in a timely manner.

Lindsay Lohan believes in "karma"

Welcoming Lindsay Lohan''s belief in ''karma'', Hindus have urged her to further explore the rich philosophical thought of Hinduism.
Lohan recently wrote on social networking service ''twitter'': "i''m all about Karma.. what goes around comes around!"
Acclaimed Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, in a statement in Nevada (USA), said that ''karma'', the web of cause and effect and the rule of universal causality resulting from action, was first commented in ancient Satapatha Brahmana, and forms one of the basic principles of Hindu philosophy. The sum total of one''s actions, desires, feelings, and thoughts form one''s karma, which is a cosmic law of debit and credit for good and evil.
Zed, who is president of Universal Society of Hinduism, also urged Lohan to visit a nearby Hindu temple to have firsthand experience of Hinduism.
He offered to supply a set of Hindu scriptures to Lohan to help her in comprehensive understanding of its philosophy.
If Lohan needed any assistance in her study of Hinduism, he or other Hindu scholars would be glad to share their knowledge or arrange the appropriate expertise, Zed added.

A top Beverly Hills jeweller is threatening Lindsay Lohan with legal action if she doesn't return $2 million (?1.3 million) worth of gems he loaned her for an event.
The actress, whose Hollywood Hills home was burgled at the weekend, has been targeted by the bosses of Xiv Karats, who want their jewels back.
Lohan has reportedly told the jewellers the gems were stolen from her safe.
